SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing The Syndicate Suite on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. These terms apply to all users of The Syndicate Suite, including subscribers and trial users.

2. The Service

The Syndicate Suite is a collection of Shopify apps providing SEO intelligence, AI-powered review tools, JSON-LD schema generation, SEO content briefs, and conversion analytics. The service is designed for Shopify merchants, particularly growing small businesses who need enterprise-grade tools at an accessible price point.

3. Billing and Payments

• The Syndicate Suite starts at $79.00 per month (Solo Operator) or $299.00 per month (Shadow Agency)
• A 14-day free trial is included. Billing starts automatically on day 15.
• All billing is handled through Shopify's Billing API. Shopify charges your payment method on file.
• One license covers one Shopify store. Each store requires its own subscription.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are notified by email.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin by uninstalling the app. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Trial users who cancel before day 15 are not charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Syndicate Suite to:

• Generate fake reviews or misleading content about products
• Scrape or harvest data from competitor stores
• Violate Shopify's Terms of Service or Partner Program Agreement
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content to our AI tools

6. AI-Generated Content

Our tools use AI to generate SEO reports, schema, content briefs, and review analyses. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it to your store.

7. Shopify Platform

The Syndicate Suite is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. We respect Shopify's platform guidelines and operate in compliance with their Partner Program Agreement. Shopify's own features, tools, and native capabilities are designed to serve merchants of all sizes, and we encourage merchants to use Shopify's built-in tools alongside our suite where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Syndicate Suite is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or SEO results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
